Returns & Exchanges
Rascal Union and company are so happy you chose to represent us! So we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we will happily exchange your order for another size if/when available.
Items must be purchased directly from rascalunion.com with proof of purchase (order number and email address associated with order).
If an item has been worn or used and is shipped back to us, we will be unable to process an exchange and will notify you of next steps.
START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Reach out to us via email at hello@rascalunion.com. We will give you the appropriate steps to begin from there. Mailing the item back or replacements will be considered associated with your return circumstance.
Exchange requests must be submitted to Rascal Union within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
All sales are FINAL on site-wide sales such as, but not limited to, Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, Rascal Union must be contacted within 7-days of delivery at hello@rascalunion.com
The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange.
INCORRECT ADDRESS | RETURNED MAIL
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Rascal Union is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to Rascal Union may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
LOST PACKAGES
Rascal Union does not issue refunds on lost packages. It is the customers responsibility to locate the lost package.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are at Rascal Union sole discretion. Our goal is to ship orders promptly, so it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email at hello@rascalunion.com to see if we can change, cancel, or correct the order before it ships.
SALES
All sale items are final. Promo codes cannot be stacked or combined.
